About God

God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and they are one God.

About Jesus

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He is co-equal with God the Father. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless human life, and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended into heaven and will return one day as the fully acknowledged King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

About The Bible

We believe the Bible is a unified story that points us to Jesus. The Bible is divinely inspired and it is the supreme source for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is divinely inspired, it is truth without error.

About Man

People are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of all God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called sin. This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems for us in this life.

About Salvation

Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior can we accept God’s offer of forgiveness and be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved through God’s grace.

About Baptism

Baptism is an outward expression of our inward decision to follow Jesus. We are called to go public with our faith through baptism by immersion. Baptism creates this beautiful illustration of what Christ did for us. Just like Christ was buried in the tomb, we are buried in the water; and just like Jesus came out of the tomb fully alive, when we arise out of the water we proclaim to everyone the new life we have chosen in Jesus.

About Eternity

People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by our sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.
